USAEV.press Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 11, 2026

1. Program Overview

The USAEV.press Affiliate Program allows approved participants to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to USAEV.press, operated by USA Entertainment Ventures LLC. Participation is subject to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Applicants must be 18 or older and have a valid payment account. The Company may approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. Employees and contractors of the Company are not eligible.

3. Commission Structure

Standard Tier (default): 20% of the first payment. Pro Tier (5+ conversions/month): 25% of the first payment. Agency Tier (15+ conversions/month): 30% of the first payment plus 10% of every subsequent recurring payment from that customer. All commissions are calculated on net amounts received after payment processor fees.

4. Tracking and Attribution

Attribution uses a unique affiliate link with a 90-day cookie window on a last-click basis. Self-referrals are prohibited and will result in commission reversal and termination.

5. Payment Terms

Commissions are held 30 days after customer payment. Approved commissions pay out on the 1st of each month. Minimum payout is $50. Balances below $50 roll over. The Company is not liable for delays caused by payment processors.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not: use paid search targeting branded keywords without written approval; make false claims about the platform; offer cash incentives to customers; use spam or methods violating CAN-SPAM or GDPR; self-refer; cookie stuff; or misrepresent their relationship with USAEV.press.

7. Commission Reversals

Commissions are reversed for customers who receive a refund, chargeback, or cancel within the 30-day hold. Commissions on fraudulent or self-referred transactions are permanently reversed.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. The Company may terminate immediately for violations. Earned and approved commissions prior to termination pay at the next cycle. Pending commissions subject to the 30-day hold are forfeited on termination for cause.

9. Intellectual Property

Affiliates receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved USAEV.press marketing materials solely for promotion. All IP remains the property of USA Entertainment Ventures LLC.

10. Modifications

The Company may modify these Terms with 30 days notice to active Affiliates. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
