Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

USAEV.Press, Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our platform.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via our Services, you may notify us by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it on the platform
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material removed and its prior location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction in the federal court district where you reside (or where USAEV.Press is located if outside the U.S.)
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice

Repeat Infringer Policy

USAEV.Press will terminate user accounts that are repeat infringers in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).

User-Generated Content Disclaimer

Press releases and media uploaded by users are the sole responsibility of the uploading party. USAEV.Press does not pre-screen user content but will investigate and remove infringing material upon proper notice.

Wire Distribution Services

Press releases distributed through our wire services (Bloomberg Terminal, AP, Reuters, etc.) are transmitted to third-party outlets. Removal requests must be directed to both USAEV.Press and the relevant outlet where the content appears.
